Larry Lockman as the Keynote Speaker, as well as Border Patrol agent Robert McArdle as the second speaker, and the Gray Republican Committee Chair, Peter Falkenberg Brown, as the intro speaker. In addition, Dr. Demi Kouzounas, the Chair of the Maine GOP, gave a Special Report.

At least four states have adopted school choice programs, and many others have either enacted some school choice provisions or are considering similar legislation. April 16 Letter to the Governor from Maine's Joint Republican Caucus 129th LegislatureOn April 16, legislative Republicans submitted a letter to the Governor voicing their own concerns along with questions from their constituents. The original intent was to allow the Governor to respond, rather than communicate through press releases.
